At GenesisCare, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Therapy Radiographer to join our team at our state-of-the-art cancer care centre in Oxford. As a key member of our radiotherapy team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our services.

The Role:

As a Senior Therapy Radiographer, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring our team of radiographers, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and treatment. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement new treatments and protocols, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Lead and mentor our team of radiographers to achieve excellence in patient care and treatment.
  • Develop and implement new treatments and protocols in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of cancer care.
  • Ensure that all patients experience the highest levels of service, in line with our agreed expectations for imaging and treatment.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Significant postgraduate studies or clinical experience in therapeutic radiography.
  • HCPC registration and a strong understanding of governance.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Able to work flexibly to achieve GenesisCare business objectives.
