Your Role as a Sale Negotiator
You will be the primary point of contact for our buyers, sellers, and estate agents from the moment a property becomes live until the sale is agreed. Your goal will be to manage properties efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage properties from listing to sale, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Support buyers through the registration process, ensuring they are bid-ready.
- Organize viewings and efficiently answerphone calls to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the sales process.
- Manage buyer and seller expectations, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively promote the use of our legal pack and conveyancing providers to meet monthly targets.
- Use initiative to solve problems preventing sales leads from progressing.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service and make recommendations to your line manager.
- Collaborate with the administration team to obtain particulars for properties in a 'pre-marketing' status.
- Be flexible and support the valuers when needed.
- Identify sale opportunities.
Requirements
- 12 months of experience in the property sector and a customer service role.
- 12 months of experience in a Sales Negotiator role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail.
