About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Advisor to join our team at EE Retail. As a Retail Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the right products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations and providing solutions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
  • Participate in sales and customer engagement initiatives, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
