Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team at Companies House. As a key member of our Change team, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization through a period of significant transformation.

Our goal is to deliver a radical transformation of our business, which will bring about complex change for our people. We are looking for a skilled professional who can work closely with our teams to understand the impacts of these changes and develop effective change management plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a smooth transition for our people.
  • Work closely with our project teams to integrate change deliverables and milestones into project plans.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and develop targeted engagement and communication plans.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other engagement activities to ensure our people are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced change professional with a passion for supporting people through complex change journeys. You will have a proven track record of using change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver successful change initiatives.

You will be a resilient and adaptable individual who can work at pace and under pressure. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders.
