You will be part of our dynamic Medical team, providing specialized accountancy, taxation, and business support services to a diverse range of healthcare providers, medical practices, and businesses.

The Role

This position provides a chance to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients, managing client portfolios, and leading a team of professionals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including managing client portfolios and attending client meetings.
  • Review and analyze financial data, including accounts and tax computations, and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure their growth and development.
  • Manage deadlines, budgets, and client billing, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with partners and other team members to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through our comprehensive training program.
  • Participate in business development opportunities, identifying new revenue streams and growth areas.

Requirements

  • Hold the ICAEW/ACCA qualification or demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Have recent experience in a UK practice environment, preparing accounts and tax returns for unincorporated and corporate clients.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software, including Sage and Xero.
