About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our dedicated team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) facility in Staffordshire. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, recovery-focused treatment to young people facing severe, complex, and enduring mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy programs to address a range of mental health issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care and support for patients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices in CAMHS
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to enhance patient care and outcomes
