Blackstone Recruitment Limited is collaborating with an esteemed Educational Institution seeking a dedicated Group Manager for Speech and Language Therapy.
Position Overview:
This is a permanent role focused on assessing, diagnosing, and providing tailored support for a diverse caseload of students through effective Speech and Language Therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing individualized programs for students with specific speech, language, and communication challenges, as well as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including educators and parents, to deliver comprehensive assessments, training, and therapeutic interventions.
- Leading and overseeing the Speech and Language Therapy services across the educational institution.
Working Hours:
Full-time commitment of 38 hours per week.
Contract Type:
This is a permanent position.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a relevant degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a Speech and Language Therapist working with children and/or adolescents is essential.
