Salary Range: £26,000 to £35,000 based on experience

We pride ourselves on our recruitment services tailored for leading global brands across four primary sectors: Sales & Marketing, Business Support & Administration, Technology, and Finance. Our dedicated teams offer a comprehensive suite of recruitment solutions, including temporary and contract hiring, as well as permanent and executive search services.

Role Overview: We are in search of a Recruitment Resourcer eager to evolve into a full-cycle recruiter or someone with existing 360 recruitment experience to enhance our thriving temporary staffing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of the temporary division with candidate sourcing and administrative tasks.
  • Engage in headhunting and candidate outreach to assess availability and suitability for current vacancies.
  • Gain insights into client requirements, industry specifics, and workplace culture.
  • Utilize job boards and professional networks to promote job openings and foster candidate relationships.
  • Conduct candidate meetings, format CVs, and draft candidate profiles for client communication.
  • Coordinate interview schedules as needed.
  • Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A solid educational background.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment resourcing, research, or 360 recruitment, or relevant sales experience in a B2B context.
  • Experience in client and candidate interactions is preferred.
  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • Proficient in IT, with familiarity in database or CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
