  • Proven managerial skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lettings and Property Management procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Proximity to the operational area.
