We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Reception Head to become a vital part of our exceptional team at Hakkasan Mayfair.

The ideal candidate for the Reception Head position possesses:

  • Prior experience in a comparable role within a dynamic environment; experience in a high-end establishment is a significant plus;
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding guest service with a warm and welcoming demeanor;
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems, preferably Open Table;
  • Effective leadership and delegation abilities, including the capacity to train and guide the Reception Team;
  • Experience in guest profiling and recognition practices;
  • Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills with a solid command of English;
  • Flexibility to work full-time and adapt to varying schedules;
  • Capability to perform well under pressure;
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
