As a key member of our rural land management team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of rural estate management, valuation, planning, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new business with new and existing clients through effective marketing and business development strategies.
  • Act as the Principal Agent for rural estate management clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct estate and farming business reviews, including diversification projects, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve clients' goals and objectives.
  • Assist clients with the promotion of strategic land, including site identification, feasibility studies, and planning applications.
  • Provide expert advice on rural estate management, valuation, planning, and development, including estate management, farming business reviews, and diversification projects.
Requirements
  • MRICS qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in rural consultancy, with a strong understanding of rural estate management, valuation, planning, and development.
  • UK driving license and car.
