Job Title: Advancement Information Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advancement Information Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director in areas such as resource management, plant procurement, office-related logistics, health and safety, training, and personnel.
  • Act as the lead interface for the internal and client external document control system.
  • Ensure all project documentation is stored and up to date on the internal document control system.
  • Upload relevant documentation to the client's document control system, maintaining organized and tidy folders.
  • Create and maintain a document tracker for all documents submitted to the Client/Principal Contractor.
  • Ensure permits, HAV's, Scaffold, Excavation, and Temporary Works inspections are filed on the internal document control system.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a tier one contractor in the recruiting of an Information Manager for their site in Central London.

The role forms an integral part of the project team, focusing on providing administrative support to the Director.
