Job Summary: Ashe Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Pensions Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring efficient and profitable administration of their pensions schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheme databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Calculate member benefits and process member events in a timely and professional manner.
- Invest scheme contributions promptly, ensuring timely payment to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pensions administration, specifically with Final Salary/Defined Benefit Pensions Schemes.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
