Position Overview: We are seeking a Graduate Embedded Support Engineer who will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive technical assistance to our clientele, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer second and third-line technical support for our products, addressing both hardware and software challenges.
- Analyze product logs and configuration files to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring clear communication with engineering teams when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop a thorough understanding of our embedded products, including their hardware, firmware, and software components.
- Contribute to the creation of user documentation, such as troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base entries.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with industrial embedded devices and sensors is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of electronics hardware is essential.
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems, such as Jira.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of wireless communication technologies, including GPRS, 3G, NB-IoT, and LTE-M.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols like DNP3, Modbus, and SDI-12.
- Ability to utilize data analytics for problem-solving.
- Technical expertise in telemetry or related fields, such as telecommunications or IT networks.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between £25,000 and £30,000.
