Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Depot Manager to join our team at Brook Street.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation and Maintenance Management: Oversee the transportation and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet regulatory requirements.
- Stock Control: Manage stock levels, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively.
- Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the depot is a safe working environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on depot performance, including metrics on fuel efficiency, MPG, and other key performance indicators.
- Effective Transportation Management: Ensure that transportation activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched on time.
- Team Performance: Lead and manage the team to achieve high levels of performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
