Your role as a Maintenance Planner:
As a Maintenance Planner within our Customer Service Centre, you will be integral to our planning operations for field-based installation teams. Each day presents unique challenges as you serve as the primary contact for colleagues and clients, orchestrating daily activities for installations and maintenance.
You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while adhering to established timelines. Utilizing a variety of innovative technologies, you will facilitate effective collaboration across the organization, with your suggestions for process improvements being highly valued.
