About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our ROW (Rest of the World) sales efforts. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across our Telementum brands in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for ROW sales, in collaboration with our CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including retailers, operators, and distributors.
  • Manage and partner with distribution facilities to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Oversee the rollout and execution of our aligned ROW product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain a pricing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sell-through data to identify new opportunities within existing product ranges.
  • Collaborate with our CMO to develop a defined channel marketing and product training plan.
  • Ensure effective communication and problem-solving with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Senior-level understanding of the ROW marketplace.
  • Strong relationships with major accounts across all areas of the business.
  • Ability to develop, grow, and maintain our brands within key Telementum partners.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Successful track record in delivering high-growth sales across emerging markets and ROW partners.
  • Commercially aware and able to identify new opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic business planning skills.
