Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Simpson Judge Ltd. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of family cases with a bias towards private law children work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial court appointments and represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Work closely with the Partner in charge of the Family Team to ensure seamless case management and client care.
  • Participate in business development opportunities to grow the Family Law practice.
  • Abide by the Resolution Code of Conduct and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • A solid background in private family law work, including children, finances, and cohabitation cases.
  • Excellent client care skills, good time management, and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication.
  • An enthusiasm for advocacy and a willingness to develop your skills in this area.
  • Commercial awareness of billing and fee collection.
