Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

Simpson Judge is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Solicitor to join our team. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of family cases with a bias towards private law children work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial court appointments and represent clients in court proceedings
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve client goals
  • Collaborate with the Partner in charge of the Family Team to ensure seamless case management
  • Participate in business development opportunities to grow the Family Team's caseload
  • Abide by the Resolution Code of Conduct and maintain high standards of client care
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-7 years of post-qualification experience in private family law work
  • Excellent client care skills, time management, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for advocacy and a willingness to participate in business development opportunities
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in family law
