Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

Simpson Judge is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team in Oldham or Todmorden. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will work directly with our Partner in charge of the Family Team, handling a broad caseload of family cases with a bias towards private law children work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial court appointments and develop confidence in advocacy
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  • Collaborate with the Partner in charge of the Family Team to develop business development opportunities
  • Participate in business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the team
  • Abide by the Resolution Code of Conduct and maintain high standards of client care
Requirements
  • 2-7 years PQE in private family law work
  • Excellent client care skills, good time management, and organisational skills
  • Team player with enthusiasm for advocacy
  • Willingness to participate in business development opportunities
  • Commitment to abide by the Resolution Code of Conduct
