Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Hornchurch. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure highest standard of customer service
- Achieve targets
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising
- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels
- Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers
- Achieve expectations within campaign activities
- Work with the manager to generate stock
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Supervisory experience
- Commercially driven to encourage new ideas
- Inclusive approach to developing teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards
- Results-driven but with a recognition of right result, right way
