Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Romford. As a key member of our management team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive team engagement, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day management of the store team to increase sales and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Play a key role in creating a positive environment within the store, ensuring regular involvement in business initiatives, sharing best practice, and having fun.
- In the Store Manager's absence, proactively lead the team to achieve set goals, expectations, and targets through effective coaching and training.
- Motivate and inspire all valued team members.
- Walk the floor regularly to ensure store standards are consistently high, providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Previous retail or commercial sales experience, preferably with some experience of store and team management.
- Commercially focused and results-driven, with an aptitude for decision making.
- Highly motivated and experienced at working to performance targets, leading by example to identify sales opportunities and achieve results.
- Strong ability to lead and inspire the team.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
