Lift Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in North London and surrounding areas. As a key member of our lift service portfolio, you will be responsible for managing your own lift service route, overseeing a lift engineer's mate, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own lift service route in North London and surrounding areas
  • Oversee a lift engineer's mate to ensure works are carried out correctly
  • Participate in a call-out rota, attending lift breakdowns and undertaking planned servicing and maintenance work
  • Provide service and PPM work at customer sites
  • Offer technical support and advice to customers, maximizing the first-time fix rate
  • Maintain a professional image at all times, representing the company as an ambassador on site
  • Travel throughout the coverage area

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
  • 2 years' experience in a Lift Service/Maintenance Engineer position
  • Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g., J Modules
  • Proficient in fault finding, diagnosis, and repair on passenger and goods lifts
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
  • Full UK driving license and prepared to travel with the role
