Job Title: Test Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to join our team at Kyndryl. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our cloud migration and modernization projects.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience as a Test Manager, with a strong background in application modernization, migration, and upgrade projects. They will have a good understanding of application architectures and business process flows, and be able to apply test strategies and risk-based testing techniques.

The successful candidate will be able to interpret requirements, create approaches, and facilitate workshops. They will also be able to evaluate risk and merit to make recommendations, and work as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
