Job Title: Test Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. As a Test Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of test analysts to develop and execute testing plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks and tools to ensure efficient and effective testing
  • Identify and report defects and issues to the development team
  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement testing processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with testing tools and frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
