Job Opportunity:

A global real estate firm is seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to lead its bid development efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing proposals for real estate and facilities management clients, with a strong focus on storytelling, editing, and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the proposal process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Support Senior Proposal Managers on large-scale bids and contribute to new content development efforts.
  • Maintain and improve the content library, ensuring easy searchability and accessibility.
  • Perform pursuit close-out activities and work with Knowledge Management to upload revised content.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat and InDesign.
