About Us:

We are seeking a reliable and patient Support Worker to assist with organisation and daily tasks in a client's home in the BN1 area of Brighton.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with individuals with ADHD and autism, and possess strong organisational skills, a methodical approach to work, and good physical health.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with organisation and decluttering tasks in the client's home
  • Help with daily tasks and routines
  • Provide patient and adaptive support to the client
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with ADHD and autism
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
  • Good physical health and ability to lift and sort items
  • Patient and adaptive approach to supporting the client
Work Schedule and Pay Rate:

The successful candidate will work 2 hours a day, 2 days a week, at a rate of £14.50 per hour. Flexible scheduling can be discussed at interview.
