Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Senior Experiential Producer to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our creative agency, you will be responsible for driving and managing our product initiatives and experiential brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global communication strategies, concepts, and content across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand experiences that meet business and commercial needs.
  • Manage multiple product and branded experiences from initial briefing to delivery, ensuring timely, on-budget, and on-brief execution.
  • Collaborate with Senior Global Campaign Partners to drive complex product and branded experiences.
  • Accountable for individual projects, including development of detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial responsibility.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day project management and day-to-day conduit between stakeholders and our creative agency.
  • Develop strong relationships with product and brand owners, as well as key heads of departments.
  • Support the Global Director of Production on new scope developments and collaborate with other agency departments.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between collaborators at all levels.
  • Support measurement and data teams in identifying metrics and KPIs and develop a measurement mindset for our projects.
  • Secure necessary involvement of OLA Hubs to ensure regional needs are met and regional amplification of activations aligns with global strategy and concept.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an experiential or creative agency, with a clear track record of successfully running multiple brands, building strong client relationships, and producing outstanding creative experiences and content.
  • Experience in Activation, Entertainment/Content, Gaming segments is favorable.
  • Experience working on complex and globally distributed creative, digital, shopper/e-commerce, or socially led programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong business writing skills, including executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs, and presentation materials.
  • Comfortable working with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
  • Maturity and ability to exercise high-level discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Advance business proficiency and fluency in English is a must.
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools are required.
  • Travel may be required.
