Job Title: Senior Experiential Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experiential Producer to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Global Experience team, you will be responsible for driving and managing our product initiatives and experiential brand experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global communication strategies, concepts, and content across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand experiences that meet business and commercial needs.
  • Manage and support Senior Global Campaign Partners on driving complex product- and branded-experiences.
  • Accountability of individual projects, including development of detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, budget, and financial responsibility.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running and management of projects, including day-to-day conduit between stakeholders and teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with direct product- and/or brand-owner, and key heads of departments.
  • Support the Global Director of Production on new scope developments and collaborate with other agency departments.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between collaborators at all levels.
  • Support the measurement and data teams on identifying metrics and KPIs and develop a measurement mindset for projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within an experiential or creative agency/business, with a clear track record of successfully running multiple brands and producing outstanding creative experiences and content.
  • Experience in Activation, Entertainment/Content, Gaming segments is favorable.
  • Experience being part of complex and globally distributed creative, digital, shopper/e-commerce, or socially led programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong business writing skills, including executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs, and presentation materials.
  • Comfortable working with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
  • Maturity and ability to exercise high-level discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Advance business proficiency and fluency in English is a must.
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools are required.
