Senior Experiential Producer

About the Role:
The LEGO Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Experiential Producer to join our team. As a key member of our Global Experience team, you will be responsible for driving and managing our product initiatives and experiential brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global communication strategies, concepts, and content across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels.
- Partner and support Strategic, Creative, and Production counterparts in OLA to ensure effective and impactful delivery.
- Manage and support Senior Global Campaign Partners on driving complex product- and branded-experiences.
- Accountability of individual projects, including development of detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, budget, and financial responsibility.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running and management of projects.
- Day-to-day conduit between stakeholders and OLA.
- Develop strong relationships with direct product- and/or brand-owner, and key heads of departments in OLA.
- Support the Global Director of Production on new scope developments.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between collaborators at all levels.
- Support measurement and data teams on identifying metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within an experiential or creative agency/business, with a clear track record of successfully running multiple brands and producing outstanding creative experiences and content.
- Experience in Activation, Entertainment/Content, Gaming segments is favorable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong business writing skills, including executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs, and presentation materials.
- Comfortable working with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
- Maturity and ability to exercise high-level discretion with sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in project management and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Advance business proficiency and fluency in English is a must.
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office, project management tools are required.
