Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for renewable energy and business growth? Do you have experience in crafting solar strategies and product/services, whilst delivering excellent revenue growth across the UK and Europe?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Energy Solutions Business Manager to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and management of a comprehensive Solar offering to existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Champion a Comprehensive Business Strategy: Establish the company as a market player in the Solar PV space, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs in the renewable energy sector.
  • Drive Product Innovation and Development: Conceptualize, prioritize, and launch new renewable energy solutions (products and services) that address market demand.
  • Build and Nurture Strategic Partnerships: Expand market reach, accelerate growth, and enhance the company's competitive position in the renewable energy market.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 10 Years of Progressive Experience: Business management, strategic planning, product management, or sales leadership roles, with a focus on renewable energy solutions and green assets.
  • Deep Understanding of Renewable Energy Technologies: Solar PV, market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and industry trends, with expertise in PV solar, battery storage, inverters, and energy management systems.

Preferred Experience:

  • Senior Leadership Role: Proven track record of driving business transformation and achieving strategic objectives within a reputable renewable energy company or division.
  • Technical Background or Certifications: Renewable energy technologies, project management, or sustainability.
  • Knowledge of Energy Markets: Financing mechanisms, regulatory frameworks for renewable energy projects, including incentives, subsidies, and policy initiatives.
