About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving entrepreneurial company building a portfolio of luxury cosmeceutical, spa, and retail brands. The company has seen exceptional year-on-year performance and is rapidly expanding to support the ambitious growth of the brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations team to ensure smooth flow of products and stock through the warehouse.
  • Implement and maintain grey market management, IT infrastructure, and inventory management systems.
  • Support the growth of the luxury aesthetic brand portfolio through effective supplier and purchase order management.
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents, and maintain commercial and cargo insurance policies.
  • Oversee head office and warehouse operations, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Report on sales, fulfillment, and inventory performance.
Requirements
  • Passionate about beauty, spa, and advanced skincare.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and creative thinker who can work independently.
  • Responsive and adaptive to changing workloads, timelines, and outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry and brand portfolio.
  • Experience within the cosmeceutical, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industry.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with ERP, inventory management systems, and CRM systems.
