About the Role

We are seeking a creative and inspiring individual to join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in Marylebone, London. As a strong brand ambassador, you will be responsible for sharing our values and bringing life to our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store execution meets the brand standards on a daily basis, including store appearance, cleanliness, and stock organization.
  • Sales and KPIs: Analyze and follow up on sales and KPIs to take wise actions to grow results.
  • Team Management: Lead the team with compassion and understanding while delivering strong sales results.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement and follow up on the store operations, including visual merchandising and store maintenance.
  • Loss Prevention: Actively prevent loss together with the store team, ensuring that all appropriate audit guidelines are being followed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in managerial experience, 4+ years in retail sales experience, fashion is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, adaptability, high organizational skills, basic computer skills such as Shopify, RLM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word...), and bilingual (preferred).
