Events and Community Fundraising Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Events and Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our team at Prostate Cancer UK. As a key member of our Events and Community Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sector-leading programme of events, which generated over £10 million last year.

About the Role

  • Coordinate and deliver a range of events, including our own events, virtual products, and third-party events.
  • Support community fundraisers who organise their own activities, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Work closely with our Communications teams to plan and deliver our activity, engaging with our digital adverts and identifying compelling supporter stories.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on results using our Raiser's Edge database and other tools.

What You'll Need

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including event participants, community fundraisers, and internal teams.
  • Experience of using a database to maintain accurate records and reporting on results.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and stakeholders.
