Role Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our dedicated team of client relations specialists at James Hall & Co. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service to our current and prospective retailers, suppliers, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our Client Support Hub, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including resolving client inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues. Your duties will encompass:

  • Offering first-line assistance for client inquiries.
  • Applying problem-solving skills to swiftly address incidents, including technical support challenges such as point-of-sale issues, software inquiries, and network disruptions.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and internal teams through various channels, including email, messaging platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Diligently documenting and managing incidents, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Upholding our company’s reputation for outstanding client service through your commitment and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for client service and a strong interest in technical support. While experience in a customer service or IT support role is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. Essential qualities we seek include:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.
  • A solid foundation in IT skills, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow in this field.
