Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our Client Support Hub, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues, as well as providing assistance with IT-related challenges. Your duties will encompass:

  • Offering first-line support for customer inquiries.
  • Employing problem-solving skills to promptly resolve incidents, including IT support issues such as point-of-sale problems, software inquiries, and network disruptions.
  • Effectively communicating with customers and internal teams through various channels, including email, messaging platforms, and in-person interactions.
  • Accurately documenting and managing incidents, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Upholding our company's reputation for outstanding customer service through your commitment and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for customer service and a strong interest in IT support. While previous experience in a customer service or IT support role is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. Essential qualities we seek include:
