Faith Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Services Administrator to join our client's team in Guildford. As an Investor Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to the investment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping
- Support new business development and client onboarding
- Perform key administration duties, such as monitoring stock and cash receipts
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain accurate client and adviser records
- Prepare and dispatch welcome letters and other correspondence
- Understand and comply with relevant rules and regulations
- Support general administrative activities as required
Requirements
- Understanding of funds or models
- Confidence with core client journeys
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role
