Service Advisor Opportunity in Guildford

We are working with a reputable Motor Garage in the Guildford area of Surrey, seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

Monday – Friday 08.00, with 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.

Basic salary £29,000 with an OTE £37,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional advice to customers on service and repair work required to their vehicles.
  • Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
  • Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs.
  • Coordinate collection arrangements and update customer and vehicle records.
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
  • Prepare and complete invoices.
Requirements:
  • Some experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage environment.
  • Full driving licence.

As a Service Advisor, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be confident in up-selling opportunities and have a passion for delivering great customer service.
