Lead the Way in Learning

As the Head of Learning, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of NXTLVL's learning principles, creating a clear and purposeful learning platform, curriculum, content, structure, and sessions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work closely with the founders, Game Design, Facilitation, and Marketing teams to drive the growth of NXTLVL as a concept.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the pedagogy, curriculum framework, session structure, and content of all learning experiences in alignment with NXTLVL's vision.
  • Collaborate with product designers, learning and subject matter experts, software engineers, and creative experts to identify best practices and relevant research to inform the implementation of each learning experience.
  • Articulate the science behind NXTLVL's methodology to users, customers, partners, and the broader audience.
  • Direct collaboration with top-tier entrepreneurial, creative, product design & development teams.
Requirements:
  • Master's/PhD in Education or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in curriculum and learning design, educational program development, as well as content creation.
  • Familiarity with immersive and game-based learning experiences.
