About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our Learning and Development team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in developing, coordinating, and administering training programs and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
- Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including maintaining databases and preparing training materials.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling diaries and participant communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from participants.
- Prepare ad hoc administrative reports to support the team's decision-making.
- Support the Learning and Development team in identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pro-active, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for learning and helping others develop their skills.
