About the Role

We are seeking a calm, caring, and resilient Male Bank Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to participate in a wide range of activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support with personal care, laundry, meal preparation, medication administration, and daily activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the people you support, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure person-centered care
  • Contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans, and participate in regular training and development opportunities
  • Support individuals to maintain a clean and safe living environment
