Job Purpose:

As a key member of the Aston Martin team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the interface between the Vehicle Line Manager and the ADAS team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role will oversee the content and status reporting for ADAS and AD on a given model line, driving project delivery and ensuring timely completion of milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional ADAS teams to achieve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets.
  • Collaborate with ADAS management and the Vehicle Line Manager to define and maintain project content, including Software Engineering Lifecycle (SEL) and gateway responses.
  • Monitor and maintain project timelines, communicating updates to the SW&ET management team.
  • Act as a liaison between the Commodity team, Vehicle Line Manager, and ADAS management.
  • Oversee project budgets, raising Change Request Forms (CRFs), Purchase Order Requests (PCRs), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs as needed).
  • Monitor and communicate all Mission deliverables for ADAS on a given vehicle line.
  • Administer JIRA, Polarion, and Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMs), including dashboard creation and report generation for ADAS and AD.
  • Support the team with issue resolution, tracking, and project delivery.

Stakeholder Relationships:

  • Act as the primary ADAS/AD interface to the Program team via the Vehicle Line Manager.
  • Internally interface with all ADAS/AD and Connected Technologies (CT) members, including purchasing, quality, manufacturing, logistics, feature owners, commodity owners, software owners, and V&V test engineers.
  • Externally interface with key technology partners and logistics partners.
