Experienced Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Ashford area.
The service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs, aiming to encourage service users to live independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support, promoting the well-being and dignity of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide a comprehensive support network
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
