Position Overview

We are in search of a talented and seasoned Culinary Expert to elevate our flagship venue, Zen Durham. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Thai and Pan-Asian culinary arts, with exceptional skills in wok cooking.

As a Culinary Expert at Zen Durham, you will be responsible for executing our diverse menu with precision and creativity, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently exceeded in a dynamic kitchen environment. A genuine enthusiasm for Thai cuisine is essential.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a culinary role, with proficiency in wok techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai and Pan-Asian culinary traditions, coupled with a passion for crafting innovative and signature dishes.
