Key Duties:

  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with brokers, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Perform comprehensive risk evaluations and analyses to establish suitable coverage and pricing structures.
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure thorough risk management and adherence to underwriting standards.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory updates, and new technologies within the renewable energy landscape.
  • Assist in the creation of innovative products and underwriting approaches to strengthen our market position.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an underwriter within the renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy market, including essential technologies and industry trends.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with a knack for assessing intricate risks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship management.
  • Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Preferred professional qualifications in insurance (e.g., ACII).
