Project Support Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Support Administrator to join a professional team in the construction industry. The role requires a dedicated individual who can manage various administrative tasks while supporting the overall project delivery.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Organise and manage project documentation, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes to ensure effective communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations, showcasing project progress and achievements.
  • Support the wider team with preparation of documents and policies in line with health and safety and legislation changes.
  • Maintain project schedules and monitor deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors to the office, telephone, and email enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle correspondence related to projects, responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team, driving innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • A solid background in administrative support, preferably within the construction industry or from a technical administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
