We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our care services
  • Network and build relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders to promote our services
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Care Professionals to deliver high-quality care to our clients
  • Conduct risk assessments and care planning to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage and coordinate staffing rotas to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote a positive culture and values within the organization
Requirements
  • Extensive care experience with excellent customer service and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills
  • Ability to build good working relationships and communicate effectively
  • Strong organization and planning skills, with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota
  • Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, with willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5
