Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Vehicle Coating Specialist, you will be tasked with:
Preparing surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. Mixing paints to achieve the desired vehicle color and applying them using spray guns and other tools. Ensuring that all paint applications adhere to quality standards and meet customer expectations. Working collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver superior results. Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess:
Prior experience as a Vehicle Coating Specialist or in a comparable position. Comprehensive knowledge of automotive painting methods and materials. Proficiency in using paint mixing equipment and spray guns. Familiarity with the accident repair sector. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
