Job Summary:
The CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Adaptations Officer to provide technical and administrative support to a team or service. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a flexible, positive, and responsive service that meets customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical and administrative support to a team or service, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Deal with technical customer enquiries, following through to resolution and ensuring all stakeholders are updated.
- Register applications to the Council for the service area, checking for validity and ensuring appropriate fees and charges are administered.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in working within a Social Care setting.
- Experience in working with vulnerable service users with a disability.
Working Hours:
35 hours per week, 08:00am – 16:00pm working hours.
