About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and progressive service that is committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-intensity CBT interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver a comprehensive service
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and expertise
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A qualification in CBT (Post Graduate Diploma in CBT or equivalent)
- Significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner
- Full range of skills and competencies as laid out in the competence framework for CBT (Roth and Pilling 2007)
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work flexibly and without close direction
